Villages/subdistricts are the spearhead of village development as well as the spearhead of sectoral data collection, for this reason it is necessary to develop village/subdistrict level statistics to produce quality data directly from the source.

In accordance with the mandate of Law No. 16 of 1997 concerning Statistics, BPS is responsible for providing guidance on the implementation of statistics.

In 2024, Nambo Ilir Village, Kibin District was selected as the Statistical Village of Serang Regency. One of the series of village developments is the Launching of Statistical Villages, which was held today, Friday, August 23 2024 and attended by:

1. Head of the Serang Regency Central Statistics Agency and staff

2. Head of the Serang Regency Communication, Informatics, Coding and Statistics Service and staff

3. Head of the Serang Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service and staff

4. Chair of the Banten Province Beautiful Village Team and staff

5. Village Heads in Kibin District

6. Nambo Ilir Village Statistics Agent
